We are the No 1 web retailer of Richard Bandler's SNLP DVD and CDs and DVDs in the UK and particularly recommence Richards 'Class of a Master' 4 DVD set which we are offering at a £25 reduction at £250.

What Richard communicates so well is the 'spirit' of NLP - which is often what makes the differences between an average and excellent practitioner.

You can view our top 10 NLP DVD, CDs here.

NLP definition of the month: Calibration

Calibration can be described as the process of learning to read another person's unconscious and non-verbal responses.

One of the significant benefits of NLP training is that you begin to watch and listen more carefully to people without necessarily judging what you see and hear.

The more accurate the information you take in the better your decisions are likely to be.

ANLP article and FREE Magazine PDF

How long does it take to master NLP? My own view is that while you can benefit from the first NLP intervention the more you know about NLP the more you realise there is always much more to learn.

The moment you think you 'understand' NLP is the moment you stop learning. Andy Coote has written an interesting article on "How many years did you study at University to be able to do this?" for Rapport magazine, which is available for you to read.

The ANLP has also agreed to let readers of this newsletter have a free PDF of the latest issue of their Rapport Magazine. Simply email admin@anlp.org, quoting reference 'ppir1' with 'free rapport pdf' in the title.

Negotiation Tip: The Prisoner's Dilemma

Just been rereading the 'The evolution of cooperation' by Robert Axelrod, Out of many strategies for playing the game 'The Prisoner's Dilemma' - which is about how people interact and negotiate, one very simple approach succeeded more any other.

It is called 'Tit for Tat'. It has been tested over time, competing with many other strategies and consistently produces top or near top results. It can be a useful mindset for negotiation.

It has two main two rules. In any interaction with another person always start positive and then reciprocate how they behave back to you.

That is if they're positive to you be positive back, if they're negative to you be negative back.

However you may choose to break a 'spiral' of negativity by starting the interaction again - and being positive, then still follow reciprocation rule. See more.

Would you like to benefit from knowing more about NLP? Then come and train with us!
If you're not entirely sure, just come to one of our taster sessions first. What I can say is, a good, basic knowledge of NLP will help you in your personal and business life.

In fact, many then choose to take NLP to further levels, and we cater for that too.

And if you really can't get there in person, you can still benefit from our teleseminars courses.
And, remember, you save £167 when you book all three practitioner modules at one time.

Click here to find out about the dates and registration details for our teleseminars, taster sessions and accredited courses.
